Returns and refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. That said, fragrance decants are personal-use items, so we do not accept returns.

If something arrives damaged, leaking, missing, or incorrect, message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
